UpdatesIn Gallery Publish Option - You now have the ability to publish an artwork directly to any gallery by clicking the 'Add An Artwork' link found in the upper right hand portion of the galleries section. The appropriate Section/Gallery combination will be preselected for you on the 'Add an Artwork' page. What's My Fortune - Activated the 'fortune cookie' module. You should see a new fortune on the top of the page with each page change. There are currently 1,015 unique fortunes loaded at the moment, so they shouldn't get too repetitive too quickly. PMs Update - You can now tell which PMs have been read. (Handy when sorting out messages.)  More updates are on the way.  CodeHead (DOTW) The VectorPeeps Crew We are proud to announce the launch of the updated version of VectorPeeps. We've made the following enhancements to the site: Updated interface - Navigation, orginization, and operation of te site have been reworked and simplified. While there are still a few bumps to smooth out here and there, all of the core features and workflow should be fully accessible to all members, moderators, and admins. Larger Artwork Previews - No more compression of tumbnails on the main page. While there are a couple less slots in the 'latest gallery additions' section, each preview image is shown at its' full resolution. The random artwork section has also been expanded to show 4 gallery images at a time to give better coverage to the full contents of the user galleries. Password Recovery Improved - Lost your password? No problem. You can retrieve your login information by entering either your username, or the e-mail address you used when signing up to VectorPeeps. Upon submission of the rescue form an e-mail will automatically be sent to you with your user information. Live User Chat Wall Added To The Front Page - Because idle hands are the Devil's play-thing! Chat (nearly) real time with other VectorPeeps members. No need to refresh the page thanks to a certain technology named after a household cleaner. The chat refreshes every 10 seconds. Impossible you say? Try it for yourself. While things are fairly stable, there are still a few minor bugs that are being addressed: Profile Bug - The profile page does not expand to the full width of the page. This issue has been experienced in Mozilla based browsers. IE 6 does not seem to exibit this behavior. This should be patched up in the next day or so. Private Messages Reply Bug - Private messages do not currently display the original message text when replying to a PM. This sould also be patched shortly.
